Description:
These are two country houses a few minutes away from Monteverdi, on a very quiet and peaceful area with a stunning 360° view. They are only about 200 m away from each other, surrounded by forest, beautiful landscape and sunshine. A relaxing stay is guaranteed. The owners are a couple living in Cecina, they keep their property always in a very nice condition. Both houses have a beautiful garden with BBQ and everything needed. The swimming pool (10x5x1.2m) is situated in between of both houses for a refreshment any time you like.
There are 4 different apartments in these two houses. In the smaller house “Rustico le Querce” are two apartments located, with different size and in the bigger “Rustic oil Cerro” are two apartments, both the same size. They are all very well combinable with each other for multiple families or groups.
For those apartments we need a caution of € 200.- on arrival.
