This apartment house is located in the small town 'Guardistallo', in a very beautiful, peaceful settlement construction. The house is divided into three parties, on the first floor is a large duplex apartment for up to seven people and in the basement another apartment for maximum 4 people, well combinable with the superiors. The owners live on the ground floor and are a very nice, open-minded couple. He likes to surprise his guests with a small gesture, such as a car wash service.
From the terraces of both apartments, you have a wonderful view to the sea and the islands.

Very well equipped kitchen, open to the living room with sat. TV, stereo system and big balcony. 1 bed room with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. On the second it has a big bedroom with 3 single beds and another balcony. In the garden it has a own place with BBQ and space to relax and spend the nice summer evenings outdoors.
Apartment 2 approx. 62 m² on the basement:
Also a very good equipped kitchen, open to the living room with sat. TV and big terrace with the complete equipment, BBQ, table, chairs and umbrella. It has one bedroom with one double bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
