Rental agreements :
After your pre-reservation by e-mail or phone, we will send you all information: our payment instruction, a map showing how to get there and the confirmation/invoice by post. We kindly ask you to remit us the payment in advance, within 30 days, on our accoount. As soon as the payment is on our account, the booking is definitely confirmed. If we do not receive a payment within 30 days, we will continue to offer the house/apartment for rent. The final amount has to be paid in cash by arrival to the person who will make the key delivery.
Arrival / Departure:
We let our houses and apartments in the high season from Saturday to Saturday.
The key delivery is made through us or the owner.
The apartment will be ready on the arrival between 4-7 pm
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment tidy on the day of departure by 9 am.
General:
The apartment can only be occupied by the amount of people for whom it was reserved. This number also includes children and babies. There is no insurance for any damages on body and objects; the renting party is responsible for any damages in and around the apartment.
No object are to be taken away from the apartment, even to the beach.
Included in the renting price are gas, water, electricity, kitchen towels and bed linen.
Excluded are the final cleaning, any additional occupancy and pets.
Please take your own bath and hand towels with you.
Cancellations:
An cancellation has to be in written form.
Within the last weeks before the vacancy the following costs are calculated for the renting party:
- within 45 days before the vacancy 30%
- within 35 days before the vacancy 40%
- within 25 days before the vacancy 60%
- within 15 days before the vacancy 80%
- afterwards 100% of the total amount
There is no cancellation insurance included in the total amount. We recommend you to arrange for coverage independently .
