Il Pittore is a very nice property located in Belvedere, a quiet location with a spectacular panoramic sea view. Situated south- southwest in the hills behind Cecina, right next to the historic centre of Guardistallo.
The apartment is newly built (4years) with excellent equipment and very nice furniture. A big parking place is present. Situated 10km away from the sea (Cecina mare). The flat is located on the first floor, and you need to pass the garden (100m2, with fence, table, chairs, sun umbrella and a BQ) to get to the stairs which leads to the entrance.
  
  
Description “Il Pittore” approx. 50m², on the first floor:
Il Pittore consists of corridor, kitchen, living room with fireplace, bath- and bedroom.
In addition it has got 2 balconies with fantastic view to the sea, where you can admire every evening beautiful sunset over the Tuscan archipelago.
The floor is covered with oak parquet and all windows have mosquito nets. In the kitchen are all required appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, gas cooker, dishwashing machine.
  
  
The kitchen is separated from the living room through the fireplace. The living room consists a eating table for 6 people, an antique crockery cupboard, TV and a sleeping sofa for two people.
In the bedroom it has got a double bed and a 6-door wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet, washing machine and a supplementary heating for hand- and bath towels. Through the dormer window the room is bright and modern styled.
Il Pittore has a radiator in each room (gas heating), therefore it is also in winter time very comfortable, and it is not necessary to make fire, only if you desire to do so. But there is no wood available in the house.

There is also a second apartment on the property of Il Pittore, called Dependance (2 people), with its own entrance from the garden. It is in the basement but still very bright thanks the big windows (120x70cm also with mosquito net) and the door. The apartment is a complete studio-apartment with kitchenette and bath (25m2). The kitchenette has got a gas cooker, fridge, oven and a nice Tuscan wood table with 4 seats.
Behind it is the sleeping sofa with TV and wardrobe. The bathroom has got a shower, WC and bidet with Valentino ceramic and Terracotta floor.
The garden is big enough for both parties, of course there is a separate garden table available for the Dependance.
The Dependance is individually or as a supplement to the upper apartment rented.
