Lovely free-standing farmhouse, lies between Castagneto Carducci and Monteverdi, in a very quiet location with a wide view over the olive trees into the 'Metalliferous Hills'. Very much space around the house, large veranda, and forest on the back side. There is a source of good, sweet water, free from chemicals, on the courtyard.
Monteverdi is a picturesque medieval village, very lovingly restored, with the typical, romantic narrow streets of cobblestone. The town has grocery stores, bank, pharmacy etc.

On the ground floor there is a very large living room with fireplace, bench, big table, comfortable chairs, bed sofa, sat. TV and stereo system.
On the first floor are the completely equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven and microwave, one bedroom with one double and one single bed, another bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with shower.
In front of the house are a covered barbecue area with pizza oven and lots of space to play and relax.
