They like to spend some time with the guests and often organize Pizza or Pasta evenings for everybody. It has a washing machine available for all together without extra charge. It is situated in Canneto, a small, typical Medieval Italian village with fantastic view. From Canneto you are in 20 min. at the sea and in a good hour in the surrounding big cities such as Florence, Siena and Pisa. In the village there are shops, baker, bar and 2 restaurants. More shops are in Monteverdi, also a bank, post office, pharmacy, etc. Cecina is perfect for larger purchases with big supermarkets such as Coop, Lidl, Penny and a large weekly market which is very attractive.
  
  
  
Description apartment 1 approx. 60 m² on the first floor:
Large apartment on the first floor for 3 to 5 people, well combinable with a 2nd or 3rd apartment. Complete equipped kitchen open to the living room with balcony and TV. In the living room is a 1 ½ sleeping sofa for one adult or 2 children. The spacious bedroom includes one double and one single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub. The garden sitting place is on the left side of the house and therefore a bit separated of the other sitting place of the smaller apartments. The garden goes around the whole house and is well suited for long, warm summer evenings outdoors.
Description apartment 2+3 each approx. 27 m² on the ground floor:
Two spacious studio apartments with fully equipped kitchenette, TV and dining table for 2 or 3 persons. In the back of the room is one double bed or two single beds, with a curtain separated from the living room. The apartments are beautifully furnished one of them has a sofa bed, suitable for children or adults. They have direct access to the garden with barbecue and covered dining area.
